Instructions

The sublimation temperature and time may vary depending on the press, paper and inks used. Adjust the values ​​based on the result obtained.

  • 1.- Do the printing in mirror mode.
  • 2.- It is advisable to let dry the paper for 5 minutes.
  • 3.- Preheat the press to 200ºC.
  • 4.- Place the paper with the design facing up and the product face down inside the press.
  • 5.- Close the press for around 220 seconds and put pressure on the product.
  • 6.- Once this time has passed, take the product out of the press and then remove the paper.
  • 7.- Leave it cool for a few seconds.
  • 8.- When the ceramic has cooled completely you can place the self-adhesive magnetic sheet.

After sublimation, lighter areas may appear.
This type of product may contain certain surface irregularities. To perform sublimation, it is recommended to place the product face down. It is also advised to do a pre-press, with a full cycle, so that the base sponge reaches an optimal temperature.
The magnetic sheet has melted or deformed.
The magnetic sheet should be placed after completing the sublimation process, once the product is completely cool.
