Which form of payment is processed the fastest?

Payments by Credit/Debit Card or PayPal are immediate. Bank transfers usually take between 24 and 48 hours to become effective. Currently, you can even make a transfer from an ATM and send a notification email to the recipient of the deposit, this would also streamline the management of the order. Remember that orders will not leave our facilities until payment is confirmed.

How long will it take to receive my order?

I have not received any order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email in the following cases:

·         Paid order

·         Order placed by bank transfer

·         Order paid by Sequra

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us. info@sublimet.com

In what cases can I receive an error message when paying for my order?

Check any of these possible reasons:

·  The card does not have enough balance.

·  The card is expired.

·  An identification error, when entering some data incorrectly.

·  An authentication error, when you mistakenly enter the validation code sent by the bank.

·  Card not activated for secure payment gateways on the Internet (although it may be used for non-secure sites).

·  The daily limit of the card has been reached.

·  The maximum session time has been exceeded.

· The number of attempts has been exceeded.

If after having checked the aforementioned reasons the error still persists, we recommend that you contact your bank or PayPal Customer Service through the phone 902 885 248. If you think that the problem may be due to a technical problem on our website, do not hesitate to contact us through info@sublimet.com.

I want an invoice for my order

In the case of needing an invoice for the order, you can download it from our website. To do this, follow the following process:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to the Order History section in the left menu.
  • Look for the corresponding order.
  • Click on the Invoice icon
  • The invoice for your order will be automatically downloaded.
I entered my shipping details incorrectly. ¿What can I do?

Contact us as soon as possible. We ship orders quickly. Sublimet will make every effort to change the shipping address before the order leaves. To contact us urgently call us at (+34) 93 486 90 25 (Monday to Friday 7h – 15h), or send us an email through the following link: info@sublimet.com. Changes of address once the order has left our facilities have an additional cost and this will be borne by the customer.

What happens if the couriers have not been able to deliver the order?

When the order leaves our facilities, we send the customer the tracking of the transport company so that he can track it, in case he has not received it, contact us through info@sublimet.com. If the logistics company could not contact the customer and the package returned back, the customer would have to bear the costs of the forwarding.

The delivery time has passed and I have not yet received the order.

If after the delivery times stipulated according to your geographical area you have not received the order, please contact us through info@sublimet.com and we will send you the tracking number of the transport company so that at all times you can know where the shipment is.

Can I change the shipping address entered at the time of order?

If for any reason you decide to change the address where you want to receive the order, you must inform us by email through the following link: info@sublimet.com. Changes of address once the order has left our facilities has an additional cost and will be borne by the customer.

How do I know exactly how much the shipping costs cost?

Follow these steps:

  • Put in the cart what you want to buy.
  • Enter the cart.
  • Choose destination.
  • That's it! We calculate the cost of carrying instantly based on the physical weight or volumetric weight.

To which countries do we ship, how much do they cost and how long does it take to reach my home?

The shipment of the products is done worldwide. Shipping costs will depend first of all on the country and postal code and in the second instance will also depend on the weight and volume of the products. The final shipping costs will be shown to the user in the shopping cart, before finalizing the order.

Where will I receive my order?

At the address in the "Shipping Address" field of your account. If you do not specify this address we understand that it is the same as the "Billing Address".

Would you rather send your agency to pick up?

Choose the shipping method "Pick up in store", then contact us through (+34) 93 4869025 to manage the shipment.

User account

The user account: apart from improving your relationship with us, you will have the possibility to:

·         Save your shipping data for future shipments

·         Create a list of favorite products

·         Re-order previous

·         Print invoices for your orders

·         Keep you informed at all times of our offers and promotions

 

What is the CIF/IVA?:  It is the tax identification code, such as a passport number for companies and individuals so that they can inform the tax agency about the operations carried out. To enter it you must go to your billing information. The same system will tell you if it is correct or not.

Identify
  • Is it the same as "logging in"? Yes, the same.

  • Is it the same as "Register"? No, registering is creating an account.

  • How do I register? Once you have entered your details, you will receive a confirmation email. Once you have validated it, you will be registered. In case of not receiving the confirmation email check your spam folder, if you still do not receive it, please contact us through (+34) 934869025 or through info@sublimet.com

  • Why identify yourself? If you already have an account, it is recommended that you identify yourself when you visit our store and thus take advantage of the advantages that this provides.

  • What if I forgot my password? You can request a new one. In a few moments you will receive an email with a new password. Once identified you can change it for another that is easier for you to memorize.

Purchase process

Buying at Sublimet is very simple. Follow these steps:

1) ) Select the products you want to buy

  • Main menunavigate the top menu to find your product.
  • Search engine:In the upper right, you will find a search engine.
  • By identifying yourself and entering Your wish list: you can quickly find the products you have already selected.

3) Check "Your Cart"

  • You can modify the quantities and refresh the calculation of the costs.

  • Choose destination and get budget of the postage.

  • IVA is applied based on the billing address, so it will be calculated correctly when you specify it in your Account or when placing the Order.

4) Process your order

  • If you haven't already, sign in. If you don't have an account, you'll create it in the checkout process.

  • Enter Your cart and go to "Place Order".
  • Fill in your billing information and shipping address.
  • Choose the shipping method of your order
  • Select a payment method: Credit Card, PayPal, Buizum or Transfer.
  • You will receive an email with the details of your order.
  • Once your order has left our facilities we will send you the tracking so you can track the shipment.
Some questions about orders

How can I add products to an already paid order? If you have placed an order and you have already paid for it, but you realize that you forgot to add an item, what you should do is place a new order and contact us as soon as possible (by phone (+34) 93 486 90 25 from Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm or by email:  info@sublimet.com). If the order has not left our facilities we can gather the items and send them in the same package.

  •  How can I add products to an order not yet paid but no longer appearing in my shopping cart because I have already processed it? In the Order History of My Account you can duplicate the order, continue adding products in the new order and delete the previous one.
  • How can I add products if I have not yet processed the order? Add the products you want regularly to your shopping cart.
My wish list
  •  What is My Favorites List for? To quickly find and move to cart the products you use the most, or those you don't want to forget to buy later.
  • How do I put a product in My Favorites List? Enter the file of that product and press the button of the heart. Remember that you have to have an account in Sublimet and be identified.
  • How do I see My Favorites List? Log in to Your Account > My Wish List. Remember that you have to be identified in your account. You can also find it at the top of the web.
  • How do I remove a product from My Favorites List? Enter Your Account > My Wish List and click on the cross that you will see to the right of each product.

5- Payments and security

What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?
  • Credit Card: VISA, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX) and Dinners Club.
  • Debit Card: VISA Electron, Maestro, 4B, Euro 6000 and Servired.
  • Wire transfer
  • PayPal
  • Bizum

Which form of payment has the lowest cost to the buyer?
  • Payments by Credit or Debit Card and Bizum have no cost to the buyer.
  • Payments made with PayPal have a cost of 4% + € 0.35 on the amount of the purchase.
  • Bank transfers usually have bank fees for the buyer.
If I choose a transfer, how much time do I have to make the payment?

Yes, the data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. For card payment, only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted. After verifying that the card is attached to the CES system, the system will contact the bank that issued it so that the buyer authorizes the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the card will be charged. Otherwise the order will be canceled. There is no risk of anyone using your credit card because we do not have or store that data.

How do I know you will use my credit card details well?

Users' bank details are not saved. When the payment is being made, we transfer you to a payment gateway of the bank itself that is where the data is entered.

With which bank does Sublimet manage card payments?

Our virtual POS payment terminal is from Sabadell Bank..

If I pay by transfer, who pays the transfer costs?
The transfer costs are paid by the client to the destination.

6- Prices and invoicing

Is VAT included in the prices?

·         No, the prices indicated in the store do not include VAT or any other tax.

·         What type of VAT applies?

·         National (Spain): Residents in Spain (with the exception of the Canary Islands) must pay a VAT of 21%.

·         EU: The corresponding taxes are charged for each destination country unless you enter a valid CIF/VAT in the VIES in your billing information.

Other countries: In the rest of the cases we do not charge or manage the payment of any tax.

In what currency are invoices issued?

Exclusively in Euros. The conversion to other currencies is carried out by the credit card issuer when the amount is charged to the associated account.

How to get an invoice for my order?

In the case of needing an invoice for the order, you can download it from our website. To do this, follow the following process:

  • The invoice for your order will be automatically downloaded.
Can the invoice go in my company's name?

Yes. Make sure your billing information is in your company's name.

If at any time you want to change your billing information, please contact us via info@sublimet.com.

Remember that the CIF/VAT/DNI cannot be modified if you have already placed an order in your account. To use the new CIF/DNI/VAT you must create a new account.

In the cart shows me the VAT, will it be charged if I do not have to pay it?

No, the budget of the cart is made by default for mainland Spain, but at the time of processing the order or identifying yourself in your Account, the taxes corresponding to each destination will be applied.

Are tariffs included, if applicable?

No, the customs office of each destination will apply its own tariffs, if applicable. The buyer is responsible for the payment of these duties to remove the goods.

What is the CIF? It is the tax identification code, something like a license plate number for companies and individuals. In the case of individuals, it coincides with the DNI (NIE for resident foreigners).

Why is CIF a required field? The law obliges to indicate it in all invoices, both that of the buyer and that of the seller. This is true for all companies in the European Union.

Can the shipping address be a different country than the billing address?

Yes.
