You only need your mobile, bank card and ID.

When will I know if they accept financing?

The financing process is carried out 100% online and you will know if you have been accepted at the moment you make the purchase.

Only in some cases, it is possible that they validate it after a few hours.

How do I pay in installments for my purchase?

Once you are in the purchase process, follow these steps:

  • Select the payment method "Pay in installments from XX €/installment with SeQura".
  • Click on the "Place order" button.

What do I need to finance my purchase with SeQura?

  • Select the payment method "Pay in installments from XX €/installment with SeQura".
  • Click on the "Place order" button.
  • Enter your data such as ID and mobile, choose the payment method and pay your first installment.
  • From now on payments will be made automatically.

What interest will I have to pay?

  • Pago fraccionado en 3, 6 o 12 meses: los intereses van en función del valor de tu compra. Una vez hayas clicado en “Realizar pedido”, se abrirá una pantalla donde podrás ver los pagos mensuales y los intereses.

My order exceeds €3000, can I still finance it?

Of course. At SeQura we will finance the first €3,000. What exceeds that amount you will pay in the first installment.

When will I be charged the first and the rest of installments?

Every month, on the same day you made the purchase, your card will be charged automatically.

I want to advance my installments

Advance your installments at no cost and you will also save interest. This process is completely free.

¿Cómo adelanto mis cuotas?

  • Enter your SeQura account and select the plan you had selected.
  • Select the "Amortize plan" option and choose the amount.
  • In about 2 days SeQura will confirm the amount received.

What happens if I want to return my order?

Any return or change will be made in the same way as the usual orders paid by other payment methods. For more information, see the "Returns and cancellations" section.

In case you have already paid the first installment, a partial refund will be made.

How can I change the payment card?

You only have to access your SeQura user account, enter the corresponding purchase and in the "associated cards" tab click on "Add new card".

As always, all changes are free and without penalties, although you will see that SeQura will charge you €1 to validate the card. This euro will be deducted from your last installment.
