How does the return process work?

1.- Request a refund

  • It is essential to start the return process within a maximum period of 14 days from the delivery of your order.
  • To begin this procedure, first of all access the "order history" of your account.
  • Find the order you need to return and click on details.

  • If your order is within the period allowed to make a return, a returns section will appear at the bottom. You must fill out the fields and click on request a return.

2.- Return confirmation

  • After you have made the return request, our team will review it and you will receive a response confirming whether your request has been approved.
  • If yes:
    • The status of your return will change to "waiting for the package" and you will be able to download the return delivery note that you must insert inside the package.
    • You will receive by email the label from the shipping company that you must paste on the box.
  • In any case, our team will contact you in case they need more information about the return.

3.- Refund

  • We will issue the refund to your original payment method after receiving the item within  5 to 10 days.
    • Exceptional period: in holiday periods from August 1 to 31, refunds will be made from September 1

Frequently asked questions about returns

Which products accept returns?

  • Products accepted for return: we only accept returns of unused products that are in their original packaging in perfect condition.
  • Return of machines: we will not accept the return of machines in which the serial number has been registered on the manufacturer's website, its software has been downloaded, that has signs of use or in the case of the printers are loaded with ink, since once this is done, the machine is linked to the client permanently and irreversibly. On most machines you can use the demo version, which is free for 30 days. We recommend you try the demo version before downloading the software.

What does the return cost?

  • If you have received adefective, broken product, that does not correspond to the product of your order or the material of the product has suffered unusual deterioration normal, Sublimet will bear the return costs or a refund will be made for the value of the products.
  • If the reason for the return has not been caused by Sublimet, you will have to send the merchandise through your agency, taking charge of the round-trip shipping costs.
    • Returns for orders with free shipping: In the event that your order was shipped for free due to a promotion, the cost of both outbound and return shipping will still be deducted from your refund.

How will I receive the amount of my refund?

We will pay you in the same method that you used to pay for your order

Credit of amounts: the refund as a result of a return will be equal to the purchase amount of the returned product, shipping costs not included.

Cancellations

The client or user may cancel their order, as long as it has not left our warehouses. In such case, you must contact Sublimet through our info@sublimet.com or by phone (+34) 93 486 90 25, communicating your identification data and order reference number.

In case of cancellations, the amounts previously paid by the user or customer, through the same means used for the initial transaction.

If you cancel an order that has already been prepared, it could incur administrative costs.

Guarantees

All machines in our catalog have a 1 year warranty, unless otherwise indicated. Products that do not have a warranty are those products whose manufacturer warranty specifies the loss of this warranty in specific conditions, such as the use of unofficial cartridges). If your machine has suffered any breakdown, contact us through our info@sublimet.com or by phone (+34) 93 486 90 25. Shipping costs for transportation to our warehouses are the responsibility of the customer. Once the machine has been checked, if it falls under warranty, Sublimet will send it back to the client without any additional expense. If this were not the case, the costs corresponding to the repair and return shipping costs would be charged.

When dealing with perishable products and you receive them in poor condition or expired, please contact us through info@sublimet.com. It will be essential to follow the conservation instructions determined on the packaging itself, in addition to observing the expiration date, keeping in any case the proof of purchase.

The warranty is intended to cover any manufacturing defect that the product may present. However, it is important to highlight that those components considered consumables are not included in this warranty. Likewise, any damage caused by improper use of the machine, such as knocks or others, is not covered by the warranty. Finally, it is important to mention that damage caused by environmental conditions or problems related to the electrical supply are also not covered by the warranty.

In the case of second-hand or refurbished products, the warranty duration will be 6 months, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
