Important: the maximum size of the file must be 40 MB. If it is larger, it must be sent by wetransfer to files@sublimet.com.

Instructions for sending the file

• Download the template provided in PNG format.
• Open the file in Photoshop or another image-editing tool.
• Place your images within the file leaving a gap between them that allows you to crop them comfortably.
• Do not change the characteristics of the file
  • Size: 31 x 100 cm (W x H)
  • Resolution: 150 dpi or higher
  • Color mode: RGB
• Review the file characteristics and save the file as PNG to maintain transparency.

IMPORTANT!

• If you choose the "No review file" option, it will be sent to print as we receive it. If the file does not meet the aforementioned characteristics, we will make the appropriate modifications to print it without notifying the client.
• Each file corresponds to a product in the cart: If you want to print several different files, first upload the image, save the customization, and then add the product to the cart. Repeat this process for each additional file.
• No formats other than PNG will be accepted.
• Direct mode (non-mirror) and without background (remove background).
• Within the linear meters purchased, the designs can be repeated as many times as desired.
• Price: corresponds to 1 linear meter.
• Do not include fine lines smaller than 1 millimeter to guarantee its fixation.

To take into account

• We do not offer design, editing or cutting services.
• Should any changes be made to the file, the delivery time will vary.
• Orders not complying with the abovementioned requirements will be refunded directly.

Application instructions

• For cotton fabrics, it is advisable to pre-iron at 165ºC. For polyester fabrics, pre-ironing is not required.
• Place the film on the garment, making sure it is well positioned and without wrinkles or folds.
• Iron to:
• Cotton: 165ºC for 15 seconds.
• Polyester or cotton-polyester blend: 140ºC for 50 seconds.
• Other materials: consult your supplier
• Remove the garment from the iron and wait about 15 seconds.
• Remove the film cold, with a slow but continuous movement.

Note: Temperature and time may vary depending on the press and the materials used. Adjust the values based on the result obtained.
