DTF roll film 33 cm x 100 m is a translucent PET (polyethylene terephthalate) films, designed to be used in DTF (Direct to Film) printing. Each sheet is treated on both sides of the film, to be printed on the side with the greatest texture. Its thickness is 80µ. Each film can be used only once. Since the transfer is done only on the printed area, no precise trimming or peeling or discarding processes are required.

Characteristics:

  • Material: PET (polyethylene terephthalate)
  • Coil: 33 cm x 100 m
  • Diameter of the roll mandrel: 7.5 cm in diameter and has an adapter/mandrel to make it 3cm
  • Thickness: 80µ
  • Easy to use: the transfer is done only on the print (no difficult trimming required)
  • Use: each film is used only once
 

The film for DTF is the support where the printing is done with the special inks, to then apply the polyamide powder. Finally, it is placed in the drying oven to harden the adhesive powder, leaving the film ready to be printed on the garment using an heat press.

DTF Film is compatible with all special DTF inks and comes ready to print. It is printed on the side with more texture.
