How does the Epson SC-F2200 t-shirt printer work?

• 1: Apply the pretreatment liquid on the shirt using a roller and dry it on the iron (Only for black shirts)
• 2: Remove the frame from the printer table, put on the shirt correctly and position the frame to stay fixed and tense.
• 3: Adjust the table height using the lever you can find under the printing plate. For t-shirts, we recommend using position 3.
• 4: Send the design to print.
• 5: Remove the shirt from the printer by holding it by the shoulders and iron it to fix the inks. For white shirts iron at 170º for 45 seconds and for black ones at 170º for 90 seconds.
• 6: If you see that the ink is still fresh after ironing, iron the design again.

1. Place the Film in the frame and fasten with Bodybuilder tape. (It is printed on the MATTE side).
2. Load the image and select the order Color-white under "White management".
3. In White color resolution mark Level 1 (1440x720dpi - 4 Pass) and in Color resolution Level 2 (1440x720dpi - 10 Pass).
4. Set "Dry time" to 60 seconds to pause between CMYK and white printing.
5. In color ink density set to +60 and in white ink density set to -20.
6. Apply the DTF powders in a place away from the printer.
7. Dry at 165°C for 180-300 seconds at 1-2cm height from the plate of the iron. (The drying time varies depending on whether we want to apply the DTF to the garment immediately or if we want to save and apply another day).
8. Transfer to garment at 160ºC for 8-10 seconds with medium pressure.
9. Let cool if you use a standard film. (If you use SQ Film you can remove it hot).
10. Remove the film constantly.
11. If we want to soften the touch, iron again at 160°C with medium pressure for 5-7 seconds with protective paper.
