We can differentiate between two types of vinyl, according to their manufacturing method, cast vinyl and calendering. Calendered vinyls are usually the most economical, but they are the least durable. They are recommended for applications on flat surfaces. Cast vinyls are recommended for applications on flat or curved surfaces, they can last between 7 to 10 years.

In addition, according to its customization, there are two large groups, cutting and printing. For lettering a cutting plotter is used to crop the design on a flat color vinyl, if we have an image of several colors, each color is trimmed separately and then the placement is combined.

The printing vinyls are separated to allow printing on surfaces with special inks. They can be customized with images, letters and logos of different colors.
