The Siser textile SoftPrint Color Vinyls are polyurethane-based textile vinyls for printing and cutting with polyester backing.Despite being very thin, the material grants a high covering power on dark fabrics. Created for inkjet digital printing & cutting systems with solvent or eco solvent inks.

Main characteristics:

  • Measurements:
    • Coils of various sizes.
  • Average thickness: 45 microns.
  • Cotton, polyester and poly/cotton blends and spandex (not suited for treated and dye sublimated textiles).
  • A 45 degree blade with a pressure of 60 gf and a speed of 30 cm/sec is recommended for cutting.
  • It is recommended: Maximum water temperature 40 degrees. Do not dry clean. Not suitable for tumble dryer.
  • Recommended fabrics: Poly/cotton blends (not for dye sublimated fabrics).

Material application:

  • Time: 15 seconds
  • Temperature: 155 degrees
  • Medium pressure: (3/4 bar)
