How to sublimate 108 piece high quality Puzzle (40x28.5 cm)?
Sublimation times and temperatures are provided for reference only and may vary depending on the press, paper, inks, or environmental conditions. It is recommended to run tests before production.
- 1.- Print the design in mirror mode.
- 2.- It is advisable to let the paper dry for 5 minutes.
- 3.- Preheat the press to 190ºC.
- 4.- It is necessary to iron the puzzle beforehand to remove possible excess moisture. We recommend placing a protective paper and applying pressure for 90 seconds at 190ºC.
- 5.- Place the puzzle in the press and put the paper above.
- 6.- Close the press and apply pressure to the puzzle for about 90 seconds.
- 7.- Once the time has passed, use gloves to remove the puzzle from the press and remove the paper.
- 8.- Let the puzzle cool down for a few minutes.
