How to sublimate 6 piece high quality Puzzle (8x6 cm) - Pack of 2 units?
Sublimation times and temperatures are for reference only and may vary depending on the press, paper, inks, or environment. It is recommended to run tests before production.
- 1.- Print the design in mirror mode.
- 2.- It is advisable to let dry the paper for 5 minutes.
- 3.- Preheat the press to 190ºC.
- 4.- It is necessary to iron the puzzle beforehand to remove possible excess moisture. We recommend placing a protective paper and applying pressure for 90 seconds at 190ºC.
- 5.- Place the puzzle in the press and put the paper above.
- 6.- Close the press and apply pressure to the puzzle for about 90 seconds.
- 7.- Once the time has passed, use gloves to remove the puzzle from the press and remove the paper.
- 8.- Let the puzzle cool down for a few minutes.
