Extra strong cleaner liquid for DTF printer (90 ml). Its specialized formula effectively removes dried ink residues and unclogs printheads, dampers, cappings, wipers, and ink lines. This fluid is ideal for thorough preventive maintenance, helping to preserve the optimal condition of internal printer components. Its use is highly recommended before extended production stoppages, such as holidays, to ensure the printer remains in top condition and to prevent ink buildup damage.

Due to the composition of the DTF ink, especially the white ink that contains titanium dioxide (TiO2), it is normal for deposits to remain in the different parts of the circuit. This causes blockages and ink circulation problems, affecting system performance and print quality.
To avoid these problems, it is necessary to follow some recommendations and perform periodic maintenance with the extra strong cleaning liquid for DTF. In addition, with the help of a cleaning syringe, the liquid can be pumped under pressure to unclog the printheads, dampers or other parts of the circuit that are clogged or not working properly.
For the correct operation of the printing system it is recommended:
- Print daily (or as regularly as possible)
- Shake tanks before printing (especially white ink)
- Empty white ink tanks and clean with distilled water at least once a month (depending on use)
- If you won't be printing for several weeks:
- Empty the tanks and store the ink in containers, in a cool, dark place
- Clean the printing system (dampers, capping, hoses, tanks, etc.)
- Cleaning the heads with the DTF Cleaning Fluid
