How to sublimate Puzzle 384 pieces (28,5 x 40 cm)?
Sublimation times and temperatures are for reference only and may vary depending on the press, paper, inks, or environment. It is recommended to run tests before production.
- 1.- Do the printing in mirror mode.
- 2.- It is advisable to let dry the paper for 5 minutes.
- 3.- Preheat the press to 190ºC.
- 4.- It is necessary to iron the puzzle beforehand to remove possible excess moisture. We recommend placing a protective paper and applying pressure for 90 seconds at 190ºC.
- 5.- Place the puzzle in the press and put the paper above.
- 6.- Close the press for around 90 seconds and put pressure on the puzzle.
- 7.- Once this time has passed, take out the puzzle of the press and then remove the paper.
- 8.- Leave it to cool the puzzle for a few seconds.
