How to sublimate Sublimation mug presentation box with heart handle?
Sublimation times and temperatures are for reference only and may vary depending on the press, paper, inks, or environment. It is recommended to run tests before production.
- 1.- Print the design in mirror mode.
- 2.- It is advisable to let the paper dry for about 5 minutes.
- 3.- Preheat the heat press to 160ºC.
- 4.- It is recommended that the box be pressed from the back for 10 seconds before sublimation to remove any moisture from the cardboard.
- 5.- Place the printed paper correctly on the box inside the heat press.
- 6.- Close the press and apply pressure to the product for about 80 seconds.
- 7.- Once the time has passed, use gloves to remove the box from the heat press and peel off the paper.
- 8.- Let the product cool down for a few minutes.
