How to sublimate 6 piece magnetic puzzles (6 x 8 cm)?

  • 1.- Print in mirror mode.
  • 2.- It is advisable to let the paper dry for about 5 minutes.
  • 3.- Preheat the heat press to 150 ºC.
  • 4.- A preliminary pressing of the puzzle is necessary to remove any excess moisture. We recommend placing a protective paper and applying pressure for 190 seconds at 150 ºC.
  • 5.- Place the printed paper correctly over the puzzle inside the press.
  • 6.- Close the press and apply pressure for about 190 seconds.
  • 7.- Once the time is up, carefully remove the paper using heat-resistant gloves.
  • 8.- Place a flat weight on the puzzle for a few minutes while it cools, to prevent slight warping from the heat.
  • 9.- Let it cool completely. Once the puzzle adheres to a metallic surface, the magnetic base settles and becomes perfectly flat.
