- During lamination, the matte surface must be on the glue side
- 44 cm x 100 m coil
To carry out the lamination process, it is required to have the design printed on Film A for UV-DTF. For example, for a print made on Film A up to 43 cm wide, it is appropriate to laminate with a 44 cm wide Film B coil.
UV DTF printing combines the image quality, high definition and vibrant colors of UV printing with the flexibility, durability and ease of application of DTF, creating designs that can be applied using only your hands. Prints should not be applied in places that are continuously exposed to heat.
The process consists of printing in a UV printer on a support with a special glue (Film A), which is then exposed to UV light. Next, heat lamination is carried out, where Film A is joined with Film B, making the image adhere to the latter. To carry out the application, Film A is removed, and the design is placed on the surface to be personalized. Finally, it is pressed with the fingers for a few seconds, the transfer is ready and the Film B can be removed.
