How to sublimate Christmas oval ornaments HPP (2 sides)?
Sublimation times and temperatures are for reference only and may vary depending on the press, paper, inks, or environment. It is recommended to run tests before production.
- 1.- Do the printing in mirror mode.
- 2.- It is advisable to let dry the paper for 5 minutes.
- 3.- Preheat the press to 180ºC.
- 4.- Place the product in the press and put the paper above. It is recommended to fasten the paper with thermal tape.
- 5.- Close the press for around 45 seconds and put pressure on the product.
- 6.- Once this time has passed, take out the product of the press and then remove the paper.
- 7.- Leave it cool for a few seconds.
Important: Before sublimating the second side, make sure the first side is dry and clean, and protect the image with protective paper to prevent ink transfer or damage to the print on the first side.
