Plastic customizable mugs using the sublimation technique.

How to sublimate Customizable plastic mugs?
Sublimation times and temperatures are for reference only and may vary depending on the press, paper, inks, or environment. It is recommended to run tests before production.
- 1.- Do the printing in mirror mode.
- 2.- It is advisable to let dry the paper for 5 minutes.
- 3.- Preheat the press to 185º.
- 4.- Put the mold inside the recipient to avoid deformation.
- 5.- Place the paper correctly above the recipient and fix it with heat tape. Then, put it on the press.
- 6.- Close the press for 185 seconds and make pressure over the recipient.
- 7.- Once this time has passed, with the help of protective gloves, take out the recipient of the press and then remove the paper.
- 8.- In order to take out the mold of the recipient, remove it immediately after the sublimation. If it doesnt work, leave cool the mug for a few minutes.

Compre unas unidades para probarlas, y siguiendo sus instrucciones la sublimación me han quedado muy bien. Las tazas llegaron rápido y en buen estado y eso es de agradecer.
