How to sublimate Square cardboard coasters with cork base - Pack of 6 pieces?

Sublimation times and temperatures are for reference only and may vary depending on the press, paper, inks, or environment. It is recommended to run tests before production.

Cork can retain moisture, which can cause bubbles when sublimating. Before personalizing, place the product on a heat press with protective paper and heat for 1 minute at 170°C to remove the moisture.

1.- Do the printing in mirror mode.
2.- It is advisable to let dry the paper for 5 minutes.
3.- Preheat the press to 190º.
4.- Place the coaster in the press and put the paper above.
5.- Close the press for around 65 seconds and put pressure on the coaster.
6.- Once this time has passed, take out the coaster of the press and then remove the paper.
7.- Leave the coaster cool for a few seconds.
