How to sublimate the Square marble coaster?
Sublimation times and temperatures are approximate and may vary depending on the press, paper, inks, or environment. It is recommended to run tests before production.
- 1.- Print the image in mirror mode.
- 2.- Let the paper dry for about 5 minutes.
- 3.- Preheat the heat press to 200 ºC.
- 4.- Place the printed paper correctly on top of the coaster inside the press.
- 5.- Close the press and apply pressure to the coaster for about 255 seconds.
- 6.- After that time, using heat-resistant gloves, remove the coaster from the press and take off the paper.
- 7.- Let the coaster cool down for a few minutes.

Personalization solutions for Square marble coaster
After sublimation, lighter areas may appear.
This type of product may have slight surface irregularities. To sublimate, it is recommended to place a silicone sheet between the press and the paper, which helps adapt to these irregularities. It is also advisable to perform a pre-press cycle using the silicone sheet to bring it to the optimal temperature.
