How to sublimate Shin guard sleeves for sublimation (pack of 2)?

Sublimation times and temperatures are for reference only and may vary depending on the press, paper, inks, or environment. It is recommended to run tests before production.

1.- Do the printing in mirror mode.
2.- It is advisable to let dry the paper for 5 minutes.
3.- Preheat the press to 185ºC.
4.- Place the t-shirt in the press and put the paper above.
5.- Close the press for 70 seconds and put pressure on the product.
6.- Once this time has passed, take the sleeve out of the press and then remove the paper.
7.- Leave it cool for a few minutes.

Important!: Do not forget to use protective paper inside textile products so that the ink does not penetrate the other side of the fabric and also prevent the plate from staining and affecting future products.

I have printed on the fabric, and the image has passed through to the other side.

Sublimation can seep through the fabric and stain the other side. It is advisable to place a separator inside so that this does not happen. For example, cardboard or a tool to customize socks would suffice.

The print has white dots or lines.

These small marks are produced because a speck of dust has remained on the surface between the garment and the paper. It is important to clean the press and the surface of the garment well before sublimating, for example with a lint roller. The use of protective paper is also recommended.
